Our neuromodulation patients use a proprietary Apple^ǂ iOS^ǂ mobile software application known as the NeuroSphere™ Patient Controller App used on Apple^ǂ iPhones^ǂ and  Apple^ǂ iPods^ǂ to control prescribed programs on their implanted neurostimulation device. Abbott has tested mobile devices and operating systems for compatibility with the patient controller app. Supported devices by application and recommended iOS^ǂ version are listed in the table below.

All neuromodulation patients should review this compatibility guide from Abbott prior to installing the NeuroSphere™ Patient Controller App on a new supported device or prior to installing a new iOS^ǂ version on a supported device.

This guide has been updated as of October 2024 and will be updated as other devices and operating systems become available.
